About The Role

FAMILY SOLICITOR, 5+ PQE, HERTFORDSHIRE, SALARY UP TO £60-80,000 (DOE). This is an outstanding opportunity for an ambitious Lawyer to join the highly regarded family law team of a well‑established firm. Responsibilities

• Handle a diverse caseload spanning complex marital finance matters, pre‑ and post‑nuptial agreements, divorce and civil partnership dissolution, international relocation cases, and a broad range of children‑related issues, providing support and guidance to clients navigating sensitive and emotionally challenging situations.
• Demonstrate excellent technical knowledge and a genuine passion for family law, along with a personable and empathetic manner, delivering clear, practical legal advice with a proactive and flexible approach while ensuring outstanding client care.
• Meet agreed fee‑earning targets and collaborate with colleagues across the practice to promote the firm, contribute to business development initiatives, and supervise and develop team members where appropriate.
