FAMILY LAW SOLICITOR, 2+ PQE, BERKSHIRE, SALARY UP TO £50-60,000 (DOE) + EXCELLENT BENEFITS PACKAGE. An outstanding opportunity to advance your career by joining an established firm that values your expertise, offering strong support for professional development and a healthy work-life balance.

The successful candidate will join an expanding Family department, managing a diverse Private Family Law caseload. This will include matters relating to divorce, separation and nuptial agreements, financial disputes, children matters, care proceedings, and domestic abuse.

The firm are seeking qualified Solicitors with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE, with strong technical experience across a broad range of Private Family Law matters.

  • You will manage your own independent caseload, representing clients at hearings and in court while maintaining high professional standards and ensuring effective risk management and compliance.
  • You will help strengthen the firm’s strong local reputation and actively contribute to the success of the team.
  • You must demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, delivering excellent client service with a proactive and empathetic approach, along with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Additionally, you should also be confident in conducting advocacy and appearing in court.
  • You will be supported in developing your career, with access to secretarial and paralegal support, reporting directly to the Head of Department.
