Family Solicitor, 4+ Years PQE, Devon, £57,500 - £65,000 (DOE)

A new opportunity for an experienced Family Solicitor to join a leading firm, offering long-term career development and the chance to undertake high-calibre work.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Handle a full lifecycle of family matters, including divorce, pre-nuptial agreements, children issues, separation agreements, and civil partnerships.
  2. Gain exposure to a varied caseload and handle matters with a sensitive approach.
  3. Demonstrate a passion for business development, promoting and strengthening the firm’s reputation and capabilities.
Candidate Requirements:
  • Family Solicitors or Legal Executives with a minimum of 4 years PQE.
  • Membership of the Law Society Family Law Panel and/or Resolution Accreditation is advantageous.
