Job summary

Clear Legal and Financial Recruitment in Doncaster is seeking a specialist private family law solicitor to join a reputable firm. You will manage divorce, financial remedy and private children matters while mentoring juniors.

The role involves advising on cohabitation disputes, pre- and post-nuptial agreements, and supporting business development to grow the Doncaster office.

A professional, organised, client‑focused approach and strong drafting, communication and billing awareness are essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years PQE in family law
• Experience in both children and financial remedy matters
• TOLATA experience is ideal
• Ability to manage a busy caseload with minimal supervision
• Excellent client care, drafting and communication skills
• Strong commercial awareness and a good billing record
• Experience or willingness to supervise and develop junior colleagues
• Willingness to network and assist with business development
• Ambition to grow within the firm
