Description

• Provide legal advice and representation on a range of family law matters, including divorce, child arrangements, and financial disputes.
• Draft and review legal documents such as agreements and court applications.
• Manage a varied caseload while ensuring compliance with legal standards and procedures.
• Advocate for clients in court and during negotiations when necessary.
• Maintain excellent client relationships through clear communication and understanding of their needs.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a high standard of service delivery.
• Keep updated on changes to family law and ensure compliance with current regulations.
• Contribute to the development of the firm's family law practice through participation in business development activities.

Profile

• A solicitor or equivalent with a minimum of 4 years' PQE in family law
• Experienced in handling medium to high net worth financial provision cases
• Client-focused with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently, manage time effectively, and take ownership of cases
• Ideally accredited or willing to gain accreditation as a family law specialist
