The Role

• This firm is looking for a Family Solicitor (3+ years PQE) to join their thriving team in Chichester, West Sussex.
• You will join an energetic team with a keen focus on client care and relationship building at the highest level. Your caseload will include all aspects of privately funded family matters. This is a key growth area for the firm, so you'll also play a part in overseeing more junior members of the team and expanding the department through business development.

Requirements

• You will be a Family Solicitor or Legal Executive (3+ years PQE).
• You will be a team player.
• A strong network of both clients and referrers in the local area would be highly advantageous, or a proven track record in winning new clients.
• Supervisory/managerial experience would be beneficial.
