Sellick Partnership is excited to be working with a well-regarded Legal 500 firm who are looking for a Family Solicitor to join their team in Chelmsford.

Responsibilities

• Providing a quality, tailored, and supportive legal service to a wide range of clients.
• Guiding clients through divorce and splitting assets.
• Advising on child care and financial support.
• Creating agreements before or after marriage.
• Helping clients get protection orders if needed.
• Assisting with legal processes for adopting children or surrogacy.
• Helping divide property and money in a separation.
• Handling issues like wills, inheritance, and family trusts, as well as advising on matters like guardianship and family disputes.

The successful candidate

• 3 + years PQE with strong experience in family law.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage a busy caseload and work to tight deadlines.
