Job summary

ENL Legal Recruitment is seeking a Family Solicitor for their Cambridge team. The role is suitable for NQ+ PQE and offers a starting salary around £45,000 plus depending on experience, with scope to grow within a supportive and expanding family law practice.

You will handle a varied caseload, advise clients with sensitivity, build strong relationships and work under supervision where appropriate, while enjoying hybrid and flexible working arrangements and free car parking.

The Role

• You will have the opportunity to work on a varied range of family matters, develop strong client relationships and build your expertise alongside experienced colleagues.
• Advise individuals on a range of family law matters, providing clear, sensitive and practical guidance during what can often be challenging periods in their lives.
• Managing your own caseload in line with your level of experience, with support and supervision available.
• Building positive client relationships through clear communication, empathy and a professional approach.
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver a high standard of legal advice and client service.

Skills Required

• Applications are sought from solicitors who is enthusiastic about family law and committed to developing their technical ability and professional reputation.
• A sound understanding of family law principles, with the ability to apply them effectively to client matters.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to deal sensitively with clients.
