eNL Legal is seeking a Family Solicitor with at least 1 year PQE to join our Sunderland team, handling a privately funded caseload including divorce, financial remedy and private children matters.

Family Solicitor, 1+ Years PQE, Sunderland, c£45,000 DOE - An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Family Solicitor to join a highly regarded and award-winning law firm. JOB REF: 5493.

THE ROLE:

• You will be responsible for a varied caseload of privately funded family matters, advising clients on divorce, financial remedy, private children matters, cohabitation disputes, pre- and post-nuptial agreements and related family law issues.
• Working within a supportive team, you will build strong client relationships whilst delivering practical, sensitive and commercially focused advice.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Applications are sought from Family Solicitors with a minimum of 1 years’ PQE managing a privately funded family caseload.
• The firm is keen to hear from candidates who are committed to delivering exceptional client care and building lasting client relationships.
• You will possess excellent communication and drafting skills, a proactive approach to your work and the ambition to continue developing your career within a collaborative and supportive environment.
• Experience across both financial remedy and children matters would be advantageous.
