Overview

Family Solicitor - Bradford

We are looking for an experienced Family Solicitor to join our dedicated Family Department. This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, with flexibility through hybrid working.

About the Role

This is a great opportunity to build and manage your own caseload, working on a wide range of family law matters. You will be advising and representing both private and legally aided clients across areas such as:

• Divorce and financial settlements
• Cohabitation and prenuptial agreements
• Children's matters
• Domestic violence cases
• Child abduction and forced marriage
• Social services involvement

You'll have the support of a secretarial team and access to a modern case management system, enabling you to focus on providing high-quality legal advice. Ongoing training and professional development will also be available.

About You

• Ideally, you\'ll have a minimum of 2 years\' experience in family law casework.
• You are confident in managing your own files and able to handle both challenging and sensitive matters with professionalism.
• You work well collaboratively and can build strong client and colleague relationships.
• Experience or willingness to undertake legal aid work is essential.
