Role Overview:
The firm are seeking a talented and motivated Family Solicitor with 5 to 8 years of post-qualification experience to join their growing team as a Senior Associate. The successful candidate will manage a diverse caseload, including divorce, financial disputes, child custody arrangements, and other family law matters. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven professional looking to advance their career in a dynamic and supportive setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage a varied caseload of family law matters, including divorce, financial settlements, child arrangements, and domestic abuse cases.
• Work with High Net Worth clients.
• Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients.
• Prepare and draft legal documents, including petitions, statements, and agreements.
• Negotiate settlements and advocate on behalf of clients in court when necessary.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring open communication and support throughout their legal journey.
• Stay updated with changes in family law and best practices.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Qualified Solicitor with 5 to 8 years of experience in family law.
• Strong understanding of family law principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proven track record in managing a diverse caseload effectively.
