What you’ll do:

As a Family Practitioner, you will play a vital role in supporting children and their families. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a caseload with tailored support and interventions
  • Collaborating with social workers and other professionals to assess needs and develop comprehensive family plans
  • Delivering a range of tasks and interventions within our strengths-based Hampshire Approach framework
What we’re looking for:

We’re seeking practitioners who bring:

  • Experience working with children and their families
  • Strong skills in motivating and engaging families to achieve positive outcomes
  • Excellent communication and IT skills
  • You will be required to travel to various locations within Hampshire, and it is essential that you have a current drivers’ licence and access to a reliable vehicle on a regular basis.
