Warwickshire County Council,

We are seeking a 12 month fixed term Family Practitioner to support our 0-18 Children With Disabilities service, although our service is county wide the post will be primarily East based (covering Rugby and vicinity, core office base Oakfield Park- min 2 day a week office based working encouraged.

Key Requirements

  • A Relevant Child and family qualification to Level 3 with evidence of substantial experience as a family support worker or a NVQ Level Four or equivalent qualification in a relevant Child & Family / Youth Justice subject (essential)
  • Approved Enhanced DBS Children and Adults Workforce (essential)
  • Experience of supporting disabled children and their families (preferable)
