A county council organization in Lichfield is seeking a Family Practitioner to support children and families. The role includes leading assessments, working collaboratively with social workers, and maintaining documentation. Candidates should have NVQ Level 3 or equivalent experience and the flexibility to work evenings and weekends. A valid UK driving licence is required, along with a passion for child welfare. This position offers hybrid working options.

You will be based within the district service area of Lichfield, which is proud to support a 'Family Help' pilot. In this role, you will work closely with social workers to support children in need. Hybrid working is supported, providing a balance between office-based and home working.
