Job Title: Family Paralegal

My client is seeking a dynamic, commercially minded qualified Family Paralegal to join their Sutton-in-Ashfield, Nottinghamshire office.

The role primarily involves assisting with caseloads concerning children matters and domestic abuse.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Providing support with family law matters
2. Sitting behind counsel on trials
3. Assisting with complex case loads
4. Liaising with clients and providing advice
5. Attending PLO meetings
6. Drafting applications, statements, and other legal documentation
7. Providing general legal administrative support
8. Assisting with legal aid applications
