Role Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective fundraising strategies to attract family office and wholesale investors.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, financial advisors, and industry partners.
  • Lead the preparation and delivery of persuasive investment proposals and presentations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including investment, legal, and compliance, to ensure seamless execution of fundraising activities.
  • Stay abreast of market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for fundraising.
  • Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance visibility and build a robust investor network.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on fundraising progress and market insights.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Role Requirements

  • Proven experience in fundraising for real estate projects, with a strong network of family office and wholesale investors.
