Job Description:

Seeking BE/BC Family Medicine Physician to join Worcester, MA practice. Area Urgent Care opportunity as well.

  • M-F 8-5
  • No weekend, second, or third shifts.
  • Full or part-time options
  • Full-time physicians are scheduled for eight clinical sessions and two administrative sessions each week.
  • Day is split into 2 clinical sessions with morning 8-12 and afternoon 1-5.
  • Each session you will see 10-11 patients, totaling 20-22 patients per day. 32 hours of clinical work per week (8 clinical sessions and 8 hours of administrative time).
  • Administrative time can be done remotely or at home. Efficiently managed, it may allow a 4-day work week on site.
  • If needed, there will be a slow ramp-up period, starting with 1 patient per hour, increasing after 6 months.
  • EMR: NexGen
  • MAT/OBAT (office-based addiction treatment)
  • HIV/Infectious Disease Management
  • Pre-Natal and Reproductive Health Services (Pap smears, pelvic exams, Nexplanon insertion/removal, IUD insertion/removal, colposcopy)
  • Call Duties: Either 2 weekday call shifts per month or one weekend shift per month. Call is via telehealth.
  • HPSA Score of 15: Providers committed to 2 years will receive $50,000 in loan repayment.

Our clinical teams include family physicians, internists, pediatricians, and advanced practitioners working alongside dentistry, optometry, pharmacy, and behavioral health. We have medical interpreters on site and telephonic interpreters as needed.
