Job description

Castle Hill School is seeking a dedicated Family Link Coordinator & Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead to join our outstanding special needs school. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a supportive and committed team, working closely with pupils, parents, carers, and external agencies to ensure every child receives the best possible support.

Your role will be central in building positive relationships with families, strengthening communication between home and school, and promoting a safe, nurturing environment where every child can thrive. Castle Hill High School is a special school for students, aged 11-18, with significant and complex needs. We currently have 348 students on roll.

Our most recent Ofsted inspection judged the school to be Outstanding. Job Details

• Post: Family Link Coordinator and Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead
• Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, term time only
• Contract Type: Permanent
• Start Date: Monday 3rd November 2025 or as soon as the successful applicant is available
