A special needs school is looking for a dedicated Family Link Coordinator & Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead. The successful candidate will strengthen communication between home and school, ensuring every child receives the support they need. The role requires experience in working with families and strong interpersonal skills. This is a permanent position, full-time during term time, and aims to foster a safe and nurturing environment for students aged 11-18.
Castle Hill School is seeking a dedicated Family Link Coordinator & Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead to join our outstanding special needs school. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a supportive and committed team, working closely with pupils, parents, carers, and external agencies to ensure every child receives the best possible support.
Your role will be central in building positive relationships with families, strengthening communication between home and school, and promoting a safe, nurturing environment where every child can thrive. Castle Hill High School is a special school for students, aged 11-18, with significant and complex needs. We currently have 348 students on roll.
Our most recent Ofsted inspection judged the school to be Outstanding. All students enjoy equality of opportunity, regardless of gender, race, ability, social background etc. Our aim is to provide an education which is relevant and worthwhile, preparing our students for the world of work and ensuring that they leave us as caring young adults who have developed positive attitudes and values and are respectful of others.
