Witham Oaks Academy is seeking a Family Liaison Officer to join our committed team in Witham. The role includes safeguarding duties as Designated Safeguarding Lead and working to strengthen partnerships with parents and vulnerable children.

The post supports safeguarding practices, requires GCSE English and Maths (A-C) and Level 3 safeguarding training, and offers a Monday-Thursday pattern with a Friday half day. Salary Scale 7, starting £28,393 per annum.

Competenze

• GCSE English grade A-C or equivalent
• GCSE Maths grade A-C or equivalent
• GCSE results required as part of safeguarding lead responsibilities
• Level 3 safeguarding training preferred or to be completed during employment

• Act as Designated Safeguarding Lead for Witham Oaks Academy
• Be part of the Senior Leadership Team and contribute to school development
• Develop partnerships with parents and external agencies
• Attend meetings and liaise with primary school children and families
