Role Description

As Family Liaison Officer at Witherslack Group, your experience and passion for the role will bring about enhanced life opportunities for families across the region. Key Responsibilities
  1. Work closely with parents, young people, carers, and local authorities to explore circumstances and develop collaborative, effective solutions.
  2. Coordinate visits to meet with parents, discuss strategies, and support them through challenges.
  3. Utilize your knowledge of local resources to guide families to additional support services.
  4. Organize and participate in admission interviews with the Head Teacher.
  5. Ensure comprehensive inductions are provided to new families and staff.
About the New School

Opening in Spring 2026, Felden Hall School is a purpose-built, state-of-the-art school for up to 115 pupils aged 5-16, catering to children with autism, social, emotional, and mental health needs. Located in Hemel Hempstead, you will play a key role in its development, aiming to provide outstanding educational experiences tailored to individual needs.
