Family Legal Assistant
Location: Monmouth
Type: Full-Time

On behalf of our client, a dynamic and forward-thinking law firm with a strong presence across the Wye Valley, TSR Legal is seeking a dedicated Family Legal Assistant to join their established Family Law team at their Monmouth office.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and client-focused individual to become part of a collaborative and supportive team, where your contribution will be valued and your professional development encouraged.

The Role:

The successful candidate will support solicitors within a busy and well-regarded Family Department, assisting in the day-to-day management of client matters including (but not limited to) divorce and matrimonial cases. While prior experience in family law is desirable, full training will be provided for the right candidate.

You will play a key role in maintaining the high standards of service expected by the firm’s clients, ensuring that work is completed efficiently, accurately, and with empathy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting fee earners with family law caseloads
  • Preparing legal documents and correspondence
  • Liaising with clients, courts, and other professionals
  • Maintaining accurate records and case management systems
  • Handling administrative duties in line with regulatory requirements
