Family Lawyer
NQ-5+
Tyne & Wear
Up to £60,000 (DOE)
Joining an established family team, you will handle a varied caseload across areas including divorce and separation, financial matters, private children work and domestic abuse. The firm is open to candidates at all levels from NQ through to experienced Lawyers, making this a good opportunity for someone looking to build on their existing family experience or take the next step in their career. The successful candidate will ideally have experience across a broad range of family matters. However, the firm is also willing to consider candidates who do not have experience across all of these areas, with training and support available for the right person.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified Family Lawyer with experience across divorce, separation, financial and children matters, together with an understanding of domestic abuse work. Applications are welcomed from NQ Lawyers through to those with 5+ years' PQE. You should have a genuine interest in family law, strong communication and client care skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. For candidates who do not have experience across the full range of work, a willingness to learn and develop will be equally important.
You will join an established family department within a supportive team, with the opportunity to develop your experience and build a long term career. The firm is looking to strengthen the team following the departure of an existing Family Lawyer and is open to recruiting at a range of levels.
