The Opportunity
You will handle a varied caseload of privately funded family matters, including divorce, financial remedy, cohabitation disputes, children issues, and pre/post-nuptial agreements. • Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with the right to practice in England & Wales
• Strong experience in handling privately funded family law matters, including divorce, financial remedy, and children matters
• Resolution membership or accreditation (desirable but not essential)
