Job summary

Bewley Recruitment Limited is partnering with a respected law firm in Leicester to recruit a Solicitor or Legal Executive for their private Family Law department. The role covers divorce, financial remedy, cohabitation and nuptial agreements, and children matters, with a focus on building strong client relationships and delivering high-quality legal work.

You will join a busy family law team, handling a varied caseload and contributing as a fee earner.

Qualifications

• Detailed knowledge of private family law caseloads including divorce proceedings, financial remedy proceedings, cohabitation/separation agreements, pre and post nuptial agreements, and children matters.

Our client is looking to appoint a full-time and/or part-time Solicitor or Legal Executive or equivalent to their family law department.
