A dynamic, full service multi office high-street firm is seeking an experienced Family Lawyer to join their growing Family department.

Based in Shepton Mallett this flexible role is ideal for someone looking for an engaging work-life balance in a supportive team environment.

The successful Family Lawyer will have at least 2 years' experience handling a variety of family law matters, including divorce, financial disputes, private and public children cases, and cohabitation disputes. The role involves business development, with the potential to grow and manage a team working collaboratively with the department head.

Responsibilities

  1. Handle diverse family law caseload
  2. Guide and develop junior team members, fostering their growth
  3. Play active role in business development efforts to grow the Family Law department.

Requirements

  1. Qualified Family Lawyer with strong business development skills.
  2. Passion for team leadership and mentoring junior staff.
  3. Exceptional communication skills.
