Job Description:

• Advising clients on a wide range of family law matters,including divorce, child custody, financial settlements, cohabitationdisputes, and domestic violence.
• Handling complex cases involving child arrangements, parental rights, and disputes over family assets.
• Drafting legal documents, including petitions, consent orders, and prenuptial agreements.
• Representing clients in family court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations.
• Providing empathetic and tailored legal solutions to meet clients' individual needs and circumstances.
• Offering guidance on alternative dispute resolution methods, such as mediation and collaborative law.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships based on trust and professionalism.
