Job description

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing a caseload of privately funded family matters, including divorce, civil partnership disputes, and high-net-worth financial settlements
• Advising clients on prenuptial and cohabitation agreements, and complex international family law issues
• Conducting advocacy in financial and children matters
• Supporting wider business development activities and contributing to the continued success of the team

The successful candidate will need:

• 3+ years' PQE as a Family Solicitor or Legal Executive
• Strong technical knowledge and demonstrable experience in private family law, particularly divorce and financial remedy
• Confident advocacy skills and excellent client care
• A proactive, professional approach with strong communication skills
