Private Family Law Solicitor - £125k Salary + Bonus + Package + Potential Equity

This is a rare and exciting opportunity to join a Legal 500 regional law firm as a Legal Director / Partner. The existing client base consists of HNW and UHNW individuals and families across the North West / UK.

The firm is widely recognised for its work on a broad range of commercial and family law (domestic and international) matters including divorce, ancillary relief and children arrangements.

This full‑service practice will work with the incoming candidate to develop the Manchester Offices Family Law offering and a strong business network in Manchester and the surrounding areas (North West, Cheshire, Lancashire). A genuine reason for leaving their current practice and an ambitious mindset are essential to the position.

The Candidate

• Family Senior Associate / Legal Director / Partner with at least 6 years post‑qualification experience gained at a reputable law firm
• Portable client following would be advantageous
• Sound technical ability and excellent commercial acumen
• Demonstrated success in high‑value and complex cases
• Strong academic profile
