Lead the way in Family Law with a firm that values your voice, expertise, and ambition.

Were looking for an experienced and confident Family Lawyer to step into a senior:level role and help shape the future of our expanding Family department.

Your Role

From divorce and financial settlements to child arrangements and cohabitation disputes, youll manage a broad caseload with autonomy and purpose. This is a stand:alone role with the opportunity to influence growth, working closely with the Head of Department and wider leadership team.

Whether youre based in Ashby or Derby, youll benefit from hybrid working (up to 3 days WFH) and flexible collaboration across both sites, with support during onboarding and ongoing development.

Day:to:day, youll:

• Manage your own caseload of private family matters
• Deliver outstanding client care and clear communication
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements
• Contribute to business development, networking, and marketing activity
• Support and shape the firms strategic plans for growth in Derby and beyond
