We are currently seeking a Family Law Practitioner whether that’s a Senior Family Paralegal or a qualified Family Solicitor, as long as they are ready to embrace a new challenge within an environment that prioritises client satisfaction and positive outcomes for families.

The Senior Family Practitioner Role:

• Caseload Management: You will be responsible for managing your own caseload of family law cases.
• Direct Support: Provide direct support to the owner and director of the firm.
• Leadership Opportunity: As the team naturally grows, there may be opportunities for you to lead and manage the team.
• Immediate Fee Earning: This position is ideal for an experienced paralegal or solicitor who can start earning fees from day one.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Family Law Experience: Significant experience in handling your own caseload within the field of family law.
• Client Dedication: A strong commitment to ensuring client satisfaction.
• Ethical Values: An empathetic approach and a genuine interest in ethical law practices.
