Family Law Paralegal (Legal Aid)

The Position

  • Deliver exceptional client care and support.
  • Draft key legal documents such as applications, statements, and forms (e.g., C100, C1A, witness statements).
  • Manage case files efficiently through a digital case management system.
  • Attend and contribute to client meetings and collaborative sessions with legal professionals.
  • Provide clear, accurate legal advice tailored to client needs.
  • Handle legal aid applications through the Client and Cost Management System (CCMS).
  • Organize legal bundles and prepare briefs for external counsel.
  • Conduct legal research and advocacy work, supported by specialist training.

Key Details
