A local government authority is seeking a Family Information Team Manager to oversee the delivery of vital services for families. Responsibilities include managing a team of Family Information Officers and contributing to strategic developments. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience in team management, and expertise in database systems. Job Title: Family Information Team Manager | 8567 | Permanent Contract | 37 hours/week | £48,610 - £52,594 per annum | Grade L | Norwich/countywide
We have ambitious plans to improve our work with families. Our Partnerships, Schools and Communities Service plays a key role in delivering prevention and early help to families.
As part of our effort to provide better, more integrated services for children, young people, and their families through our family hub approach, we have restructured our Family Information Team and are now hiring a Family Information Team Manager.
In this role, you will oversee the delivery of the Family Information Service, manage a team of Family Information Officers, and contribute to the strategic development of the family hub programme, focusing on digital communication and data management.
The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and organizational skills, experience managing a team, and a good understanding of Family Information Service duties. Proficiency with databases for data processing and verification is essential.
Work location will primarily be at County Hall and other sites across Norfolk, with some virtual work; therefore, the ability to travel is required.
