Job description

Job Description

Family Information Team Manager | 8567 | permanent contract | 37 hours per week | £48,610 to £52,594 per annum | Grade L | Norwich/countywide

We have ambitious plans to shape how we work with families. Our Partnerships, Schools and Communities Service plays a critical role in helping to deliver prevention and early help offers to families.

As part of our ambition to provide better and more integrated services for children, young people, and their families through our family hub approach, we have recently reconfigured our Family Information Team and now have a vacancy for a Family Information Team Manager.

In this role, you will be responsible for the delivery of the Family Information Service, line managing the team of Family Information Officers, and contributing to the strategic work of the family hub programme, with a focus on digital communication and data.

To be successful, you will have excellent leadership and organisational skills, with experience managing a team. A good understanding of the duties provided by Family Information Services and the ability to use various databases for data processing and verification are essential.

You will be required to work regularly from County Hall and other locations across Norfolk, with some virtual working, so the ability to travel is essential.

For an informal discussion about the role, please contact Teresa Frost (Head of Communities and Partnerships) at teresa.frost@norfolk.gov.uk.
