Job Description:

4Recruitment Services are seeking a Family Hubs Project Coordinator.

You will plan, develop, and manage projects that encourage and empower parents, carers, babies, children, and young people to access services across family hub sites and the network of community services across North Northamptonshire.

The Project Coordinator will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the transformation programme to transition to business-as-usual across the parenting support, infant-feeding and perinatal mental health and parent-infant relationships funded workstreams
  • Coordinating video projects alongside the Communications Officer and Video Production team, ensuring the successful delivery of promotional service videos and customer journey animation videos
  • Collaborating with the digital transformation team during phase 2 of the website development to ensure accurate, up-to-date service information and parenting support timetables are accessible to all residents.
  • Coordinating onboarding funded services onto the new electronic event booking system.

As the Project Coordinator, you will be an integral part of the Family Hubs Funded Services Portfolio, managed directly by the Interim Strategic Commissioner.

Your role will be closely linked to the Family Hubs Programme Lead, and together, significant initiatives will be undertaken to enhance the quality of family service delivery and improve health and educational outcomes.

You will be skilled in motivating and inspiring others, engaging and building relationships with ease across a wide range of people, and creating partnerships with other organisations and communities.

With excellent organisational skills, you will be proficient in planning and managing multiple projects.

Hybrid working available, 3 days a week office based in Northampton.

Essential Requirements:
  • Degree level or equivalent NVQ qualification or proven relevant experience supporting business change. Children, Young People & Families Practitioner or substantial experience in a similar role.
  • Project Coordination, administration and the project management cycle.
  • Experience working across organisations and teams, managing a varied workload and competing priorities.
  • Developing organisational or project policies and tools.
  • Developing and cultivating relationships with external stakeholders.
  • Preparing and delivering written and verbal communications to a range of audiences.
  • Ability to develop and manage strategy implementation and establishing systems to manage performance, quality, and evaluation.
  • Knowledge of health and social care systems.
  • Ability to travel to family hub sites across North Northamptonshire.
