We're looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Family Hubs Coordinator to lead the development of our new Family Hubs programme across Herefordshire. This is an exciting opportunity to shape and deliver a countywide network of support for children, parents and carers, working alongside early years providers, schools, health services, voluntary organisations and local communities.
You will oversee the development of a minimum of 5-7 Best Start Family Hubs, manage a dedicated team, build strong partnerships and ensure families can access the right support at the right time. You'll play a key role in improving child development, school readiness, family wellbeing and reducing inequalities across the county.
We're looking for someone with experience of working with children, young people and families, strong partnership and project management skills, and a passion for innovation and service improvement.

Travel across Herefordshire and occasional evening/weekend work will be required.
