We have an opportunity for a Practitioner to join our Family Hub Team working with children and their families both one to one and in group settings to support improved attendance at school.

The post holder will develop and deliver high quality targeted activities and programmes, working across the Barrow area.

  • Develop and deliver high quality targeted activities and programmes, working across the Barrow area.
What we are looking for / Qualifications
  • Experience of working collaboratively with schools and other partner organisations and in delivering specialist interventions with children and families on a one-to-one and group basis.
  • Passionate about supporting families, helping them make positive changes and improving outcomes for our children and young people.
  • Awareness and understanding of Family Help and Family Hubs and the ability to engage and consult with children, young people, families and their communities.
