A leading community services provider in Bromsgrove is seeking a Family Hub Practitioner to enhance parental engagement through evidence-based programs. This permanent position requires an NVQ 3 and significant experience working within family support services, aiming to empower children, young people, and their families effectively.

Family Hub Practitioner

30 hours per week

Permanent contract

Grade 5 (SCP 14 - 19) £28,624 - £31,067 per annum (pro rata)

The following post will provide an excellent and exciting opportunity to join a team in developing services that will make a real difference to the lives of children, young people and their families

The post holder will work over two districts of Bromsgrove and Redditch delivering a menu of evidenced based parenting programmes, providing positive parenting through groups, workshops and brief intervention.

They will work assertively with families and by working in a child and young person-centered approach, actively seek to empower families to gain and maintain control over all aspects of their lives.

The post holder needs significant experience of facilitation and delivery of evidence-based parenting programmes and young people’s groups and experience of working with families, including children and young people and creatively engaging parents and families into services.

You will need a NVQ 3 in health, social care, childcare or youth work and undergone training in delivering evidence based Parenting Programmes.
