We Do Social Work is seeking a Team Manager for the Family Help service. You will provide effective leadership and management within the Family Help Service, ensuring high-quality practice and positive outcomes for children, young people and families.

The post holder will have direct line management responsibility for Consultant Social Workers, Social Workers and Outreach Family Support Workers, providing strong practice leadership, supervision and management oversight.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising staff in Children’s Services / Social Care.
• Strong understanding of Family Help and strengths-based practice.
• Experience providing practice leadership and supervision.

Responsabilités

• Directly line manage Consultant Social Workers, Social Workers and Outreach Family Support Workers.
• Ensure consistent, high-quality practice across the team.
• Provide management oversight of cases to ensure appropriate interventions.
• Ensure staff receive regular, effective and reflective supervision.
• Monitor the quality and impact of interventions to improve outcomes for children and families.
• Promote a positive, supportive and accountable working environment.
