A leading children's service in Darlington seeks a facilitator for Family Group Conferencing. The role involves supporting families through meetings aimed at developing solutions to challenges. We are an established team providing independent Family Group Conferencing facilitation within Darlington Borough Council. You should have experience working with children and families, and be comfortable collaborating with other agencies. The role involves facilitating family-led meetings both virtually and in person, supporting families to develop their own solutions to challenges they face.
As a children’s service, we focus on the child’s needs, encouraging participation and listening to their wishes and feelings. The ideal candidate will be organized, adaptable, and able to prioritize caseloads effectively.
