What You'll Be Doing:

• Managing your own caseload of privately funded family matters, including divorces involving complex finances, Schedule 1 applications, and sensitive child arrangement disputes
• Working closely with a friendly and highly experienced team that values collaboration, humour, and high standards
• Guiding clients with clarity and compassion - you'll often be their anchor during a life-changing process
• Helping us build on our strong local reputation through networking, community involvement, and client referrals

What We're Looking For:

• You're a solicitor, legal executive, or fee-earner with solid experience in Family Law, particularly private client work
• You combine legal expertise with a calm, confident manner that builds trust from the first meeting
• You're comfortable working independently but thrive as part of a close-knit, supportive team
• Bonus points if you enjoy mentoring junior staff or want to contribute to developing best practices within the department
