Worcestershire County Council is recruiting an Emotional Health & Well-Being Worker to support children, young people and families in Worcestershire. The role uses evidence-based approaches such as CBT, counselling and motivational interviewing within a Signs of Safety framework to build stronger family outcomes.

You will contribute to developing family packages, work with multi-disciplinary colleagues and participate in reflective supervision to support career development.

Qualifikationen

• Experience applying psychological techniques to support individuals or groups.
• Ability to develop outcome-focused intervention plans with supervision.

• Provide direct emotional health and wellbeing support to young people or adults.
• Develop packages of emotional support for families with a multi-disciplinary team.
• Conduct triage assessments and plan interventions with supervision.
