We are offering a great opportunity for a full-time Family Connect Senior Social Worker. Our team is experienced, supportive, friendly, and enthusiastic about their work.
Family Connect is a multi-agency partnership approach to safeguarding children and young people, supporting early help and safeguarding decisions. It provides a platform for timely, informed decision-making and triage support for safeguarding or early help interventions, supported by integrated working practices.
The Senior Social Workers in Family Connect deliver professional and positive responses to all service requests concerning children in need and those experiencing significant harm. The role involves undertaking enquiries via telephone and electronic correspondence, analyzing and reflecting on findings to ensure appropriate decisions and support. Work is conducted in a fast-paced, office-based environment using an electronic case management system.
