An exciting opportunity has arisen for the post of Family Care Worker, based at the 3 Towns Children and Families Locality Team. Reporting to the senior family care worker and team manager, the successful candidate must have experience working with vulnerable children and their families. Excellent communication skills, the ability to build and maintain effective relationships, and IT skills are essential. The role requires availability for early mornings, occasional evenings, and weekends on a rota basis. The focus is on early intervention, working from assessments written by the child's social worker using the Signs of Safety framework, with a plan of intervention over six weeks.
