You will work with other dedicated professionals who share your passion for helping individuals in need. As a Master's Level, Family Based Therapist out of our Malvern location, you will be involved in creating a focused and customized treatment plan to serve the needs of children, adolescents and their families throughout Chester County, PA. Our Treatment approaches revolve around the ESFT Model.

This full-time role provides a guaranteed annual salary with achievable monthly quotas to increase compensation. Company vehicles are available for travel. This position is great for individuals who enjoy working afternoon and early evening hours.
Devereux Pennsylvania Children’s Services (DPACS) center serves children, adolescents and young adults with autism spectrum disorders, intellectual and developmental disabilities, behavioral, emotional and psychiatric challenges and disorders. Located in West Chester and Malvern Pennsylvania, services provided include psychiatric residential treatment (PRTF), acute inpatient psychiatric hospital (AIP), assessment services, community-based mental health services, community-based employment training and social skills training, and approved private school educational services to male and female children and adolescents (6-21 years of age) with diagnoses of intellectual disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, concomitant psychiatric and behavioral challenges often associated with experiencing some level of trauma in their lives.
Education: Bachelor's or Master’s Degree (preferred) in Psych, Social Work, Education, Rehabilitation or Human Services. License preferred.
Experience: 2 years in CASSP (Child and Adolescent Service System Program) system; Proficient computer skills and a working knowledge of software programs (i.e. Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc).
Must maintain a valid Driver's License.
