Overview:
A highly regarded law firm is seeking an experienced Associate Family Solicitor to join its well-established and collaborative family law team. This position is suited to a solicitor with over six years of post-qualification experience who is looking to handle a low-volume, high-value caseload, often involving complex or high-net-worth matters.

Key Responsibilities:

Handling a diverse caseload that includes:

Divorce and financial remedy proceedings Co-habitation disputes and TOLATA claims Private children matters Injunctions, including fertility and surrogacy issues Civil partnership breakdowns Pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements

Providing high-quality, tailored legal advice to clients, including high-net-worth individuals.

Managing all aspects of case progression, including compliance, billing, and reporting.

Mentoring junior members of the team and supporting their development.

Collaborating with colleagues across the department on complex family law matters.

Participating in business development initiatives and contributing to the team's ongoing growth and reputation.

Key Requirements:

A qualified solicitor in England & Wales with 6+ years PQE in family law.

Demonstrable experience across the full spectrum of family law matters listed above.

Proven ability to manage high-net-worth and/or complex financial cases.

Strong client care skills, with a compassionate and professional approach.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Commercial awareness and strong time management.

A collaborative, proactive team player who can work independently where required.
