With a fully remote culture and a progressive, commercially driven approach, this firm is tearing up the rule book on chargeable time, harnessing AI and technology to deliver exceptional client service while ensuring its lawyers achieve true work-life balance.

For those with leadership ambitions, this is a fast-track opportunity to Team Leader or Management. You’ll work closely with a senior mentor to enhance your skills, develop your practice, and take on a key role in the firm’s ongoing growth.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a family solicitor or partner who:

Has 5-7 years PQE.
Can run a complex, high-value caseload of financial, children, and non-molestation matters.
Is commercially aware, confident in billing and converting leads.
Ideally has Legal 500 experience (desirable).
Values autonomy and work-life balance, thriving in a remote-first culture.
Has a positive, open-minded approach and is comfortable discussing innovative ways to deliver legal services.

Salary & Benefits

Up to £70,000.
Flexible working – required in the office just one day per week (Wednesday).
Part-time options available (three or four days per week).
Fast-track to leadership – progression to Team Leader or Management.
