Our client is seeking an experienced Family Law Solicitor to join its long-established and well-regarded practice based in Edinburgh or Glasgow.

This role will involve a broad range of family law matters and is suited to a solicitor who is accredited by the Law Society of Scotland in family law, or who is committed to gaining accreditation. Key responsibilities include managing a personal caseload of family law matters with minimal supervision, delivering direct legal support and advice to clients, navigating Sheriff Court procedures, and handling financial provision cases, particularly those involving complex or high-net-worth issues.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ PQE, with strong experience in family law and a working knowledge of Sheriff Court procedures. Experience with Court of Session work would be advantageous, though not essential.

This is an Edinburgh-based role, however, there is scope to work in the Glasgow office for the right person. There is also the opportunity for flexible working (4-day week). If you are keen to develop your career within a supportive environment, please do not hesitate to contact either Teddie or Cameron for an initial and confidential discussion. (Assignment 17364)
