A community organization in Northampton is seeking an enthusiastic individual to lead a weekly children's program. Responsibilities include planning engaging activities, setting up equipment, serving refreshments, and leading story time and sing-alongs. The ideal candidate is reliable, organized, and passionate about engaging families and young children. Experience in early childhood education is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan a fun and engaging weekly programme before leading the Stay and Play each Thursday in term time
Set up and pack down the play equipment with care and energy
Help prepare and serve refreshments during each session
Bring stories to life and lead singing time to end each session on a high note
Support other child-focused initiatives from the Community Council on an ad-hoc basis
Undertake training relevant to your post to support role development.

Confidence to lead story time and singalongs
An organised individual who can communicate weekly materials in advance.
