As a Family Activities Manager, you will lead the Family Activities Team to deliver an outstanding members' experience daily.

The Role

1. Oversee the day-to-day management and compliance of all Family Activities for children aged 6 weeks to 16 years, creating a fun, lively, and creative atmosphere for all members.
2. Ensure the club meets statutory requirements related to Regulatory Bodies and collaborate with the Club management team to maintain compliance.
3. Provide adequate care for all children in your care according to statutory and Virgin Active guidelines.
4. Develop and oversee a comprehensive programme of group and individual swim lessons for children and adults, including holiday crash courses and pool hire activities.
5. Maintain thorough knowledge of STA England's requirements and Virgin Active's best practice guidelines, ensuring ongoing compliance.
6. Ensure the safety of the club for all members through adherence to the Safeguarding Children and Vulnerable Adults policy, with all team members & HODs fully trained on reporting procedures.
7. Take on duty shift responsibilities as needed, demonstrating flexibility and dedication, leading by example in all aspects of club management.
