Job description

Families First Partnership Coordinator x3 posts (Grade H)

Hybrid Working

Full-Time 37 hours a week

Salary: £40,777 - £44,075

Permanent

As Families First Partnership Coordinator, you will support the delivery and development of Nottingham's Families First approach, working with partners across children's services, education, health, early help, social care, community safety and the voluntary and community sector to help improve outcomes for children, young people and families.

You will play a key role in coordinating partnership activity, supporting the implementation of integrated family support services and helping to ensure children and families receive the right support at the right time. Working collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders, you will help strengthen relationships, promote effective communication and support a coordinated approach to early intervention and whole-family working.

The role will involve supporting partnership meetings and networks, monitoring progress against agreed priorities, coordinating projects and initiatives, and gathering and analysing performance information to help measure impact and identify areas for improvement. You will contribute to the ongoing development of services by helping to share learning, good practice and evidence of what works across partner organisations.

We are looking for an organised and enthusiastic professional with experience of working in children's services, early help, education, health or a related field. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to build positive working relationships, and a commitment to improving outcomes for children, young people and families.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a city-wide partnership approach that focuses on prevention, family resilience and early support. Through your coordination and collaboration skills, you will help ensure services work effectively together to support families and improve life chances for children and young people across Nottingham.
